High School Students Consecrate

Praise be Jesus Christ!

Each year our Consecration at Charlotte Catholic High School gets deeper. This year we actually had the four relics of the Saints in  Father Gaitley's 33 Days to Morning Glory who form us in Marian Consecration. The students had a particular understanding of the meaning of Marian Consecration because of the effort taken to understand St. Louis Marie deMontfort, St. Maximilian Kolbe, Blessed Mother Teresa and Saint John Paul II.  These  contemporary saints add so much to what has gone before, in the original Marian Consecration by St. Louis de Montfort..In particular, St. Maximilian Kolbe’s understanding of the Immaculate Conception really impacted this group. Father Jason Barone was the presider this year.

Thank you again for your devotion to this cause!

80 Consecrate in Louisiana

Divine Mercy parish in Kenner, Louisiana recently consecrated using Fr. Michael Gaitley's 33 Days to Morning Glory group retreat.

Above is a photo taken  May 12, 2016 of our 80-strong group after we had prayed the consecration.  We held separate morning and evening groups but came together to pray the consecration and celebrate. It really has been a wonderful experience for all of us to be part of the group retreat.

Group consecrates to Merciful Love

Louise Karas writes, "Each week our Regnum Christi team of 11 ladies meet to pray, go over the upcoming Gospel, and see how Christ is working in our lives and in the culture. We also do a study circle involving a book or encyclical from the pope.

During this Jubilee Year of Mercy and we decided to go through two Hearts Afire retreats - 33 Days to Morning Glory & Consoling the Heart of Jesus. Afterward, we used FORMED.ORG to access the epic journey through the 20th century: Divine Mercy in the Second Greatest Story Ever Told. A perfect follow up has been to consecrate to Divine Mercy using Fr. Gaitley's newest book 33 Days to Merciful Love.

On Monday, May 16 we had a beautiful team consecration with a prayer service that included hymns, readings, petitions all focusing on the Merciful Love of Christ including the consecration prayer and afterward we went to brunch to celebrate.  Our parish priest Fr. Tim Kallaher, at St. John the Baptist Cincinnati joined us in our consecration prayer service."

Thank you Fr. Gaitley for this beautiful gift off 33 Days to Merciful Love that helped us learn on a personal level the little way of St Therese to the merciful love of God."
